The Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area, also known as D.M.V.  has lots to offer to visitors. There is a lot do and see while you are here.

  • Washington D.C. is the only state that offers free access to the Smithsonian Institution. Collectively called the Smithsonian Institution, the world-renowned museum and research complex consists of 17 museums and galleries in Washington, DC, including the National Zoo.
  • Maryland offers you the great outdoors experience at the National Harbor with a unique experience, unique view and a list of well knows restaurants.
  • Virginia is full of history as well, if you want to visit their many military outdoor museums such as the Arlington National Cemetery, our Nation’s most hallowed ground and others.


Useful Information

  • Getting Here: There are three major airports in the Washington, DC region: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (airport code: DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (airport code: IAD) and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (airport code: BWI). 
  • Hotels & Lodging: There are a few hotels where you can stay near our practice, many are walking distance from us. Depending on which you fly into, you will need to plan your imaging and other testing with anticipation as traffic plays a major role on the DMV area. The hotels in Downtown Silver Spring are in average 15-20 minutes from all imaging facilities.
  • Getting Around: The easiest way to travel around in the area is by Metrorail or Metrobus, it is easy and affordable. If you fly into DCA, you can take the Metro directly to Silver Spring. If you fly into BWI you will take the Amtrak train to Silver Spring.


*There is also parking available in the lower part of the building but it is limited. Its entrance is located on Bonfant Street. A sign to the parking can be viewed from the street.
